International Women’s Day 2026

At Dosatron, we believe that collective performance stems from an environment where everyone feels they belong, is heard, supported, and valued. This is the very essence of Belonging & Engagement, inspired by the culture fostered by our parent company, Ingersoll Rand. 

For this year’s International Women’s Day, we wanted to celebrate the women of Dosatron with a simple, heartfelt, and truly collaborative initiative: “Words for Women.” 

Dosatron employees—both women and men—were asked to write down a word, a quality, a value, or an action that characterizes the women at the company and that we are proud of. 

These messages were then collected and displayed in our offices as tokens of appreciation. It was a tangible way to express what we often think… but don’t always say.

This special day provides a great opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to creating an environment where everyone can thrive, succeed, and fully contribute to the life of the company.
