Replace and Assemble Dosatron Parts

For optimal operation:

• Replace components such as the non-return valve, dosing seals, and suction hose at least once a year.
• Always wear protective clothing, goggles, and gloves.
• Avoid using tools to prevent damage.

Replacing Seals in the Dosing Element

• Ensure the system is depressurised.
• Remove the sealing ring by hand (never twist).
• Clean or replace the ring and reinstall carefully.

Replacing the Non-Return Valve Gasket

• Turn off water and reduce pressure to zero.
• Remove suction hose and non-return valve.
• Replace gaskets and reassemble by hand.

Cleaning Spare Parts

If using soluble powders, periodically dismantle and rinse the dosing element thoroughly.
