At Dosatron, we believe that collective performance stems from an environment where everyone feels included, listened to, supported and valued. This is the essence of Belonging & Engagement, inspired by the dynamic driven by our group Ingersoll Rand.
For this 2026 edition of International Women's Day, we wanted to celebrate the women of Dosatron with a simple, authentic and totally collective initiative: “Words for Women.”
Dosatron employees—both women and men—were invited to write a word, a quality, a value or a gesture defining the women of the company and of which we can be proud.
These messages were then collected and displayed in our offices as tokens of appreciation - a concrete way to express what we often think... but don't always say!
This special day was a good opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to creating an environment where everyone can thrive, succeed and fully contribute to the life of the company.
