First a Dosatron is a device very simple to install. It just needs to be inserted in the water line connected to the application, using the input and output threaded connection. The suction hose has to be connected at the bottom of the unit and dunked into the chemical to be injected. The unit will operate as soon as it is being fed with water. Protecting the unit with a filter and a non-return valve will prevent unexpected failures.

In addition, the Dosatron will adapt by design to the flow required at the application. From single nozzle foam application, through manual lances to arches with multiple nozzles, the Dosatron will deliver the required amount of chemical regardless of flow and pressure variation.
