Do you want to repair your dispenser yourself ?

Do you want to return your dispenser to us for a technical diagnosis or repair ?

  • Inform our customer service at +33 that you wish to make a return.
  • Fill in the downloadable return form accurately, detailing the problem encountered. This document will allow our services to detect the failure as quickly as possible and avoid overcharging you.
  • Clean and rinse the dispenser before shipping the equipment.
  • Pack the dispenser in its original packaging or, if not available, in a solid and neat packaging and return your equipment postage paid to the following address:

Upon receipt of your shipment, you will receive from us the repair estimate as well as the planned downtime or technical diagnosis.

Within two months, without any response from you to our quotation, you will be charged storage, insurance and administrative follow-up fees.
