Legionella Prevention
DOSATRON water powered dosing pumps (water is the only driving force) can disinfect domestic hot water (DHW) networks and cooling towers, to satisfy Legionella Directives (shock treatment, discontinuous treatment). The DOSATRON is simply installed in parallel with the circuits to be disinfected as a permanent or mobile station (on a carriage). The proportionality of DOSATRON pumps guarantees the right dose independently of pressure and flow variations in water networks or the volume of the circuit to be disinfected. DOSATRON pumps are self-priming at up to 4 meters, not very sensitive to degassing products, they guarantee uniform in line dilution, enable direct readout and easy adjustment of the required dosing percentage.

Soluble Oils
DOSATRON dosing pumps assure good dosing of different oil types when filling or topping up tanks installed on traditional machines or machines with numerical control. They are easily installed in fixed or moving individual units (on carriage) or in central installations supplying several machines. The DOSATRON water powered dosing technology (the only driving force being water) is not dependent on pressure and flow variations in water networks (very frequent in a factory). Apart from this guarantee of accurate dosing, DOSATRON pumps are self-priming at up to 4 meters, accomodate high viscosities, guarantee uniform dosing and enable direct readout and easy adjustment of the required dosing percentage. A good dosing technique also prevents premature wear of tools while contributing to the quality of the surfaces produced. A second pump can be added in some soluble oil filtration and recycling units, for dosing a biocide.

Die Casting
DOSATRON water powered dosing pumps (water is the only driving force) guarantee automatic dosing of your die coating additives for casting, boiler work, vulcanisation or plastic molding purposes. DOSATRON pumps are easily installed on existing water pipes and dilute your additives precisely, either directly in the die coater for spraying with a spray gun, or through a tank pouring the mix into several die coaters, or on the spraying installation (for die casting machines). Intermediate reservoirs may be equipped with a conductivity probe, a level detection probe, an alarm, an electrical mixer, a recovery pump for atomisation, etc. A second DOSATRON pump may be installed in parallel to perform maintenance operations if necessary, without interrupting the process. Vibro-abrasion

Degreasing
