Surface Cleaning and Disinfection
For more than 30 years, DOSATRON has contributed to improving hygiene conditions in HACCP protocols, by providing precise and automatic dilution of disinfectants-detergents. Unlike "venturi" type injectors, the proportionality of DOSATRON pumps guarantees precise dosing independently of pressure and flow variations in water networks. DOSATRON pumps are self-priming up to 4 meters, and are not very sensitive to degassing products, guaranteeing uniform dosing and enabling a direct readout and easy adjustment of the required dosing percentage. DOSATRON water powered dosing pumps (water is the only driving force) can easily be integrated into a central disinfection system or into an individual disinfection station (PHP), fitted on the wall or mobile (carriage).

For peracetic acids, peroxides or products with a high chlorine concentration, the PVDF pump body option is recommended.

The DOSATRON proportional dispensing technology is independent of pressure and flow variations in water networks or the volume of the circuit to be cleaned. Conveyor Lubrication
For many years, DOSATRON has been installing its dispenses on conveyor lubrication systems throughout the world, achieving precise, automatic and uniform dilution of lubricants/disinfectants. DOSATRON water powered dosing pumps (the only driving force is the water) are easily installed directly upstream of the nozzles or via a buffer tank. They can equally well be integrated into individual lubrication systems or central installations. The DOSATRON proportional dosing technology is not dependant on the pressure and flow in the water network (depending on the characteristics and the number of nozzles used). Apart from this guarantee of accurate dosing, DOSATRON dosing pumps are self-priming at up to 4 meters, accommodate high viscosities, guarantee uniform dilution, enable a direct readout and easy adjustment of the required dosing percentage and require little maintenance.

Note: In the case of a direct installation on nozzles (with no buffer tank), it might be possible to install a second DOSATRON pump in parallel so that the circuit can be changed over from pump No. 1 to pump No. 2 without stopping production, for a maintenance operation.

Beer Line Cleaning
DOSATRON contributes to preservation of the quality of draft beer by optimally cleaning beer pipes. Unlike most dispensing systems on the market, the DOSATRON water powered dosing technology provides excellent precision independently of surrounding factors such as the pressure and flow in water networks or the volume of the beer pipes to be sanitised. DOSATRON has developed its own Sanitation Control Units for this purpose (manual or automatic) guaranteeing precise dilution of cleaning products / disinfectants. These control units can indifferently sanitise 1 to 10 pipes at the same time (depending on the dispenser model) while guaranteeing dosing reliability, time saving, ease of use, user safety (no handling of detergents, concentrated disinfectants, no need for CO2) and traceability of sanitation (option available on automatic models).
