Manual Washing
Dosatron water powered dosing pumps (water is the only driving force) guarantee automatic in line dosing of cleaning agents for bodywork, discaling renovators, disinfectants, auto-driers, wax, cleaners for rims and motors, etc. Unlike "venturi" type injectors and electrical injectors, the DOSATRON dosing accuracy is not dependent on pressure and flow variations in the network (according to the number of tracks, nozzles or hoses in operation, pressure may drop at the supply). DOSATRON pumps are self-priming at up to 4 meters, they require no electricity or compressed air or intermediate tank, accommodate high viscosities, guarantee uniform dilution, do not generate any pulse effect. They enable direct readout and easy adjustment of the required dosing percentage (with no calibration), require little maintenance and can be installed equally well directly on a product drum, or in sophisticated installations. DOSATRON has also developped a range of compact pumps to facilitate integration into roll-over car washes or small washing units.
