Water Jet Cutting
DOSATRON water powered dosing pumps (the only driving force being water) guarantee automatic dosing of polymers used for waterjet cutting (with or without abrasive) in order to improve the coherence of the jet, the cut quality and the efficiency. The DOSATRON proportional dispensing technology is insensitive to water pressure and flow variations thus guaranteeing precision and repeatability of the results. DOSATRON pumps are easilly installed on existing installations through a static mixer followed by buffer tank (necessary for maturing of polymers), and are self-priming at up to 4 meters, accomodate high viscosities, guarantee uniform dilution, give a direct readout and easy adjustment of the required dosing percentage and require little maintenance.
Technical points:
A filter system must be installed on the input side of the DOSATRON. A static mixer must be installed on the downstream side before being input into a buffer tank itself fitted with a recovery pump (non-centrifuge). Centrifugal feed pumps installed on some water jet cutting machines, must be shunted when polymers are used.

Cleaning of Concrete Production Facilities
DOSATRON water powered dosing pumps (the only driving force being water) guarantee automatic dosing (up to 25%) of concentrated hydrochloric acid used in cleaning of concrete batching plants or concrete mixing trucks, assuring user safety and accurate dosing and thus limiting corrosion factors. The DOSATRON proportional dispensing technology is insensitive to water pressure and flow variations thus guaranteeing repeatability of results. DOSATRON pumps are easily integrated on existing installations or even on a vehicle or a mobile station, and are self-priming at up to 4 meters, enable direct readout and easy adjustment of the required dosing percentage and require little maintenance.
Technical points:
It is recommended that the dispenser should be installed in a non-metallic protective box with a retention tank and disconnection rules in force should be respected if connected to town water networks. Hosepipes, nozzles and accessories used must be resistant to corrosion.
